Orlando Tech Week 2015 is in full progress

Orlando Tech week is in full progress and a lot of exciting events are going in the area themed around highlighting local technology development and innovation. Orlando Tech Week 2015 began on this Monday April 13th and is running through out this week for the most part in the Downtown Orlando area. Tech week wraps up on Saturday April 18th and it’s still not too late to those interested in attending some of the meetups and discussions. Some of the sessions are free and some might have a ticket cost. If you are interested in registering and at least attending some of the free events or ticketed ones you can visit here. Yesterday Brendan Eich the inventor of Javascript and founder of Mozilla gave a keynote speech in town. Today NASA will be hosting an event titled NASA Presents: Funds for Small Business Technology Development. They will present information on how you might be able to get NASA to fund your tech developments. That session begins at 12 pm and will be at the Melrose Center.

Tomorrow there will be the Maya 3D Workshop at 10AM but it may be at full capacity. Into the Evening the T’s and Tie’s Party begins at the amazing Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts and looks to be exciting. Going into Saturday you have BarCamp Orlando and more.
